About The Founder

Er. Logesh Kumarasamy is the Founder and Managing Director of the firm, bringing over a decade of professional experience in civil and structural engineering, project planning, and real estate development. He commenced his career in 2012 in Chennai and has since successfully led and delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, and high-rise developments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA, further enhanced by advanced qualifications including an M.Sc. in Real Estate and an M.E. in Structural Engineering. This unique blend of technical expertise and management education enables him to provide strategic leadership while maintaining the highest engineering standards.

As Founder and Managing Director, Er. Logesh Kumarasamy oversees design excellence, project execution, and organizational growth. His multidisciplinary approach ensures innovative, safe, and cost-effective solutions, while his commitment to quality and sustainability continues to drive the firm’s long-term success and client confidence.
