1. About this policy

This policy explains how S2dio3i Interiors handles the information we receive when you contact us about interior work. It covers information you send us through:

• this website (s2dio3i.in), including its enquiry forms and WhatsApp buttons;
• enquiry forms on Facebook and Instagram (Meta lead forms); and
• direct enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email or a visit to our studio.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your project area or town;
• the interior services you need (for example, modular kitchen, wardrobes or full home interiors);
• an approximate budget, if you choose to share it;
• when you expect to start; and
• any other project details you decide to send us, such as home size, number of rooms or photos.

3. Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry;
• discuss your requirements with you;
• prepare a proposal or quotation that you ask for; and
• follow up with you about that project.

Sending an enquiry does not mean you have agreed to buy anything from us. We do not treat your enquiry as permission to send you unrelated marketing.

4. Who can see your information

Your information is seen by the members of our team who handle enquiries and your project.

We also use outside services to receive, organise and follow up on enquiries:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — enquiry forms on Facebook and Instagram are run on Meta’s platform, and we receive your answers through our Facebook Page.
• Privyr — a lead-management (CRM) app that we have connected to our Facebook Page, to receive and organise enquiries from our Meta forms.
• WhatsApp — when you use the enquiry form or WhatsApp buttons on this website, your message opens in WhatsApp and is sent to our business number. We only receive what you choose to send.
• Phone and email — if you call or email us, we receive your details through our phone and email (Gmail) accounts.

5. Facebook and Instagram (Meta) forms

If you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes that information under its own privacy policy. You can read it at facebook.com/privacy/policy. This policy only describes how our business handles the lead information we receive from those forms.

6. How long we keep your information

We have not set a fixed time limit for keeping enquiry information, and we do not currently run an automatic deletion process. We keep it while we need it to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. If you become our client, we keep project records for as long as we need them for your project and for our accounting and legal duties.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).

7. Your requests and choices

You can contact us to:

• ask what information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your information; or
• ask us to stop following up with you.

To protect you, we may first need to confirm that the request is really from you. We may need to keep some records where the law or our accounting duties require it. Use the contact details in section 10 to make a request.

8. Security

This website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Enquiry information is kept in business accounts that need a sign-in to open. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Website technologies

Our website’s own code does not set cookies and does not use analytics tools or advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel). The website does use these outside services:

• Google Fonts — the text fonts on every page load from Google’s servers, so Google receives basic technical information such as your IP address.
• Google Maps — the Contact page shows an embedded Google map. Google may collect information and set cookies under its own policies when the map loads.
• YouTube — where we show a project video, the player loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play.
• WhatsApp and social media links — buttons and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
• Hosting — the website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, it handles technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
